Raised By Squirrels is published by Panel Press.

You never call! Maybe you should instead? Seriously, we'd love to know what you think about RBS.

Occasional posts from (usually) Bram and (sometimes) Monica about comics in general, this comic in particular, art, design, publishing, visual culture, and far, far too many things about actual squirrels.

Because Monica couldn't believe I didn't link: "Squirrels Scamper!" and because she speculates it all started when I cornered Richard Thompson at SPX and had him draw this.

Ah, Continuity Comics. Retrieved, after decades, from the parents': Ms. Mystic 1–7; Urth 4 1–4, Toyboy 4–7, Captain Power 1; Bucky O'Hare 1; CyberRad 1. I can't explain the appeal of searching out and piecing together these runs years ago, but I haven't been able to bring myself to reread.
It's begun: Avengers has started filming here in New Mexico. But what does Hulk think about all this?

"Supernerds rejoice!"

Maybe not technically comics, but, cripes, I was crying I was laughing so hard at the latest Hyperbole and a Half. But in the end, it's actually kind of a heartbreaking story.

Speaking of the sad: by now all the nerds know that Elisabeth Sladen, TV's Sarah Jane Smith died. My early teenagehood was filled with a bunch of old TV shows on PBS and the local station — and while Sarah Jane was no Emma Peel, I like to think her spirit informs some of my storytelling.

Via Jon: what would be the awesomest Tintin adventures ever.

Sorry to be missing Denver ComicFest this weekend — but Jeff and Chuck will be there representing 7000 BC.

The annual Peeps Show. For me, Tiger Blood FTW.

I swear this wasn't posted last time I went searching.

A good writeup for Jamie's new MYX trade. I'm mentioned, too.

Just finished the second volume of Buffalo Speedway. It will be in the next Best Of, so just go ahead and get it now.

Oh yeah — Mini-Comics Day tomorrow, we'll be in Albuquerque. Join in.
