Ah, Continuity Comics. Retrieved, after decades, from the parents': Ms. Mystic 1–7; Urth 4 1–4, Toyboy 4–7, Captain Power 1; Bucky O'Hare 1; CyberRad 1. I can't explain the appeal of searching out and piecing together these runs years ago, but I haven't been able to bring myself to reread.
It's begun: Avengers has started filming here in New Mexico. But what does Hulk think about all this?

Maybe not technically comics, but, cripes, I was crying I was laughing so hard at the latest Hyperbole and a Half. But in the end, it's actually kind of a heartbreaking story.

Speaking of the sad: by now all the nerds know that Elisabeth Sladen, TV's Sarah Jane Smith died. My early teenagehood was filled with a bunch of old TV shows on PBS and the local station — and while Sarah Jane was no Emma Peel, I like to think her spirit informs some of my storytelling.
