Raised By Squirrels is published by Panel Press.

You never call! Maybe you should instead? Seriously, we'd love to know what you think about RBS.

Occasional posts from (usually) Bram and (sometimes) Monica about comics in general, this comic in particular, art, design, publishing, visual culture, and far, far too many things about actual squirrels.

Yes, you probably should leave the country.

Two favorites: Rush and storytelling.

Brady, that's where you're wrong: it's always about squirrels.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support independent comics this past weekend at ACE. If this is your first time at this site — welcome!

This is the home of the serialized comic that Monica and I produce (admittedly, more than just somewhat infrequently), Raised By Squirrels — which is available for free by downloading the PDFs to the left (starting at the bottom) or for purchase via those links on the side and at comic shops in Santa Fe and Albuquerque.

RBS is released under the Panel Press imprint, where we offer a few other comics, including Death, Cold As Steel and The Darkness From Warsaw which are set in the RBS universe, but at an earlier time, and feature art by Jamie Chase. In addition to local shops, those are available from the Panel Press website — and digitally at Scribd

We're also members of 7000 BC, a Northern New Mexico-based comic creators collective. You can check out their Web site for more, including current activities and some free downloads.

Albuquerque Comic Expo tomorrow. We'll be at B19 in Artist Alley, over by Jeff and Jamie, with comics and prints and tshirts and letterpress treats. 7000 BC will be at Booth 118 where you can lounge and read comics from our members and friends that you can purchase at their tables — just look for the balloons.

Visit the new Bram Letters for samples of my comic lettering and logo design — and get in touch, I'm always interested in new projects.

Some of the aforementioned cards — and a bunch of other new cool prints — at the 12 Tons of Letterpress Etsy store.

Raph, knowing that I just finally saw The Avengers yesterday, passed along this intersection of interface design and comic book geekery.

Much preparations and packing up and such for ACE this weekend. Along with our comics at the table, we'll have some new letterpress cards
