A busy weekend for 7000 BC —

• Saturday, Chuck, Jake, Danny, and Pete will be representing the group at the West Texas Comic-Con in Lubbock

• Sunday, Jeff, Aliina, and Paul will have a table at the Albuquerque Comic Con at the Sandia Courtyard

• Sunday afternoon, I'll be at the Small Press Writers Forum at Collected Works in Santa Fe.

Catching up on io9, there was this article on writing dialog, something I've been working on for … well, it's something I'm working on. You'll see the how it went in an upcoming issue of RBS.

Recently added to the RSS feed, Temple of the Seven Golden Camels, an animator sharing his storytelling knowledge. After a bit of time away, today's installment is staging, valuable even if you're working in two dimensions.
